interessting idea, besides, what pad and which software and most important: which brush do u use? i'm just so unexperienced with this digital stuff and i like ur style :D
I use an intuos 3 A4. For digital sketches and renderings I use Autodesk Sketchbook, because the pencil tool feels very natural. But Photoshop is good for both quick and more elaborate renderings. This rendering is done in Sketchbook with a soft round brush (airbrush). But there's tons of stuff you can try in Photoshop. It depends on what you want. Some like to paint freehand. Some use a lot of paths (pen tool) and a round brush to get a really tidy rendering. At carbodydesign.com you'll find tutorials that cover all kinds of techniques.
dammit! love to have sketchbook, but can't affort it atm :( any way to get it free ? :P
You could download a trail version of the product that lasts 15 days or you could (illegally) download a torrent.
